Information about allotments
Talaton Parish Council has six allotment plots which are sited on land lying to the northwest of Riverford Farm EX5 2RU. Please click on the links for an ariel view of the allotments; a site location plan and the rules and regulations
The Council holds a seven year lease of the land which expires on 30th November 2030.
Water provision has currently been provided on a temporary basis in a large water container on the corner of Plot 6 by the landlord but once the water has been exhausted the container may not be refilled. However the Council is currently liaising with South West Water with the hope that a more permanent water supply can be provided
There are currently no plots available for rental. The current annual charges are:-
£10 – full plot
£5 – half plot
All new allotment tenancies will incur a `one-off` administration fee of £10
